I’m curious, you mention this framing not applying as well to B2B, why do you think that? What do you see as the primary differences or ways it would need to be tweaked? Really enjoying this series.

Appreciate. Gravity assumes the person feeling the pull is the one making the decision. In B2B, that’s rarely true. B2C is (mostly) a move toward something. B2B is (mostly) a defense against being wrong. That’s the core difference.
